The American Red Cross, around the clock and around the globe, during times of personal crisis, we keep the American people in touch with their family members servicing in the United States Military.
No one ever said that being in the military was going to be easy for you or your family members. Military life often creates unforeseen hardships.
However, the American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces can help military members and their families cope with separation and other special needs related to serving in the Armed Forces.
As a member of the military, you and your family are entitled to valuable Red Cross emergency services: emergency communications, verification of emergency leave, and emergency financial assistance.
For information on all Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) Programs, contact your local American Red Cross and ask to speak to a military case worker.
